I want a harmonious environment so I'm looking for someone who is even tempered, companionable, communicates well, and contributes to the household. I'm not just renting a room - I'm sharing a home. Must be down-to-earth, honest, responsible, reasonably clean, and tolerant of alternative lifestyles.
